|Special Return Policies
• Some Items on our site are listed as a / or have a Special Return Policy: meaning if the requirements are not met
by the specified time limit stated under the product or listed on the Return Policy on our info page, you will not receive a
replacement part or an RMA to claim the product. We do not have room for error on returned products, make sure you
read and follow all policies carefully.
• READ CAREFULLY:
1. A complete description of the problem is to be provided by the customer. Error descriptions such as "defective", "not
working" or "DOA" will no longer prove acceptable for a RMA to be processed.
2. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
3. A test bench of $35.00 will be assessed to defective claims where product proves to be in working condition.
4. CURRENTLY THERE IS NO REFUND ON ALL CPUs
• Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) must be valid, unexpired, and issued for the product being returned.
• RMAs are valid only within the 15 day time line specified in the Return Policy or the shorter time lines specified in
the Special Return Policies above, whichever is shorter. Only one RMA is issued per return. When it expires, you may no
longer return your product.
• If you are returning a product (defective or non-defective) you must pay return shipping fees.
• In some cases, we will issue a “call tag” and the shipper will come to you to pick up the product. In most cases, we
will not and you will have to take your return to an authorized facility such as a Post Office or a UPS facility or a Mailboxes,
After the Return is Received
• Please allow up to fourteen days for your return to be shipped to our Returns Department, depending on the
shipper. Please also allow approximately fifteen days to process your return AFTER it has arrived at our Returns
• Depending on the applicable policies above, you can request either a credit or a replacement when you return your
product. If you request a credit (Your STATE TAX is NOT REFUNDABLE), your original method of payment will be credited
as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved. If you request a replacement product, your
replacement order will be sent to fulfillment once your return is processed and approved. How quickly your replacement
product ships after that depends on product availability.
• We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). If you need a replacement
sooner than the time line outlined above, please place a new order on the website, independent of the returns process.
